I’ve been thinking about some places I’d like to visit and came up with this list.

Bagan, Myanmar
Covering 16 sq miles, the ruins of Bagan were built in the 1000s to 1200s and was the capital of the first Burmese Empire.

4000 Islands, Lao
an archipelago on the border of Laos & Cambodia, where the Mekong River widens to 14km.

Karakoram Highway, Pakistan
Karakoram Highway is the highest paved international road in the world. It connects China and Pakistan across the Karakoram mountain range, through the Khunjerab Pass, at an altitude of 4,877m (16,002 feet)

Borobudur, Java
Borobudur is a 9th c. Mahayana Buddhist monument in Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia. The monument is decorated with 2,672 relief panels and 504 Buddha statues.
