Real estate developer Anasazi Properties needed a promotional vehicle to announce their new condominium building to brokers and agents. With only an architectural rendering to work with, Ultrapop designed a 6x8 direct mail card using japanoise motifs that empasize the building's location in the heart of San Francisco's Japantown district. Two concepts were submitted and both were selected, with the second more formal design used as a follow-up mailing.
